In order either to establish or to strengthen an asset base, nonprofit organizations must gain a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing them today. Once such an understanding is attained, nonprofits can begin to develop the strategic plans, organizational ystem, and leadership structures necessary for ongoing success.
