✦ Synopsis

We report jive cases of echinococcosis diagnosed on material obtained by jine-needle aspiration. The sites were the liver in three cases, the thigh in one case, and the retroperitoneum in one case. N o complications were observed. Diagn Cytopathol 1990;6:301-303.
