This paper describes a method for proteomic analysis with applications to diagnostics and vaccines. A panel of N (> or = 1) reagents called X(j), with j = 1 to N, is used. The binding strength of each of the X(j) reagents to each other is measured, for example by an ELISA assay, giving an N x N matr

โฆ Synopsis
With the rapid accumulation of genetic information, development of general experimental approach suitable for large scale annotation and proยฎling of the whole proteome have become one of the major challenges in postgenomic era. Biomolecular display technologies, which allow expressing of a large pool of modularly coded biomolecules, are extremely useful for accessing and analyzing protein diversity and interaction proยฎle on a large scale. Recent advances in protein display technologies and their applications to proteomic analyses have been discussed.

## Abstract In this study, we demonstrated that low levels (1.5 ฮผM) of arsenite induces B[a]Pโtreated lung cell transformation. We then used a proteomic approach to identify protein expression by ProteinChips, which could potentially be important for transformation induced by this toxic metal. Most

Polymorphonuclear leukocytes or neutrophils are a primary effector cell of the innate immune system and contribute to the development of adaptive immunity. Neutrophils participate in both the initiation and resolution of inflammatory responses through a series of highly coordinated molecular and phe
The wealth of human genome sequence information now available, coupled with technological advances in robotics, nanotechnology, mass spectrometry, and information systems, has given rise to a method of scientific inquiry known as functional genomics. By using these technologies to survey gene expres
