In this article, we introduce the induced ordered weighted geometric (IOWG) operator and its properties. This is a more general type of OWG operator, which is based on the induced ordered weighted averaging (IOWA) operator. We provide some IOWG operators to aggregate multiplicative preference relati

β¦ Synopsis
This paper clarifies, how a preference aggregation problem can be solved using the prioritized aggregation operators (PAO), where, a given group of candidates should be aggregated based upon their satisfaction for a collection of ranked places. The comparison results show that the proposed method can accurate aggregate a preference ranking system with less computation and without the need to solve any mathematical model. Also, a metasearch application shows the usefulness of applying the PAO for a preference aggregation.

We present numerical results on a complex dynamical model for the aggregation of many individual rankings of S alternatives by the pairwise majority rule under a deliberative scenario. Agents are assumed to interact when the Kemeny distance between their rankings is smaller than a range R. The main
A "softening" of the hard Boolean scheme for information retrieval is presented. In this approach, information retrieval is seen as a multicriteria decision-making activity in which the criteria to be satisfied by the potential solutions, i.e., the archived documents, are the requirements expressed
