✦ Synopsis

The new technique for autoradiography of polyacrilamide gels is described which utilizes image intensifier. Modified procedure reduces the exposure periods by factor of approximately 103-fold. The special advantage of the method is that it can be applied to wet gels which eliminates the procedure of gel drying.
