Abstract
It is shown by direct appeal to the analytic properties of current transfer functions, that minimum energy storage by a passive linear network implies that the current transfer to each resistor of the realization is a constant fraction of the corresponding single minimum‐phase‐shift transfer function of Darlington synthesis. The demonstration makes use of an extended version of the maximum modulus principle.
