Fluorescence data-emission intensities and decay profiles of benzyl 1-pyrenoate in the presence of dimethylaniline in anionic homomicelles and in mixed micelles have been analyzed with two different models: a kinetic model of diffusion-controlled reactions in micelles with a reflecting boundary surf

## Abstract Kinetics of the alkaline hydrolysis of isoproturon has been studied in the absence and presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium lauryl sulfate (NaLS) micelles. CTAB micelles were found to enhance the rate of reaction, while NaLS micelles inhibited the reaction rate.
