This invention relates to the sealing of air conditioners particularly to inhibit water penetration between different sections of the unit. A problem exists that hard-wiring is routed through spaces that provide paths for water to move between the components and a sealant is often used. This patent provides a removable and re-attachable seal that inhibits water from penetrating between sections of an air conditioner
