## Abstract Apolipoprotein E (apoE) is the primary apolipoprotein synthesized in the brain in response to injury with known neuroprotective effects exerted through antioxidant, antiinflammatory, antiexcitotoxic, and neurotrophic mechanisms. We have previously demonstrated that COG1410, an apoE mime
