✦ Synopsis

The end of the world just keeps getting worse… No one talks about the downside of this whole ‘destiny’ thing. In the stories they make it seem so cool. In books, if you have a destiny it’s great. Sure you’ll have some hard times, but you know it’s all going to work out it in the end. Except, I don’t know if I’m going to make it. I’ve got seven gorgeous guys, all sworn to be my protectors- and maybe a lot more- but will it be enough? While barely staying ahead of the forces trying to kill me, we’re about to face the horrors of Wormwood. The place the Apocalypse started. On the other side waits Tynan, Horseman of the Apocalypse, still under the evil Shadow’s control. I can barely control the power that swells inside of me much less take on the Dragon who was there at the beginning. The Dragon who doesn’t want to kill me, he wants to own and control me. I’ve got no clue how an orphan like me is going to save the world. Say what you want, but this destiny thing is really starting to suck. It is Book Two of The Power of Twelve, a five-book series. Previously published as Divine Magic.
