Abstract
Aus der Umsetzung des 1‐Amino‐adamantans (1) mit Isothiocyanaten 2 gehen die N‐[Adamantyl‐(1)]‐thioharnstoffe 3 hervor. Die Verbindungen 3a, b, c und d weisen auffallende antivirale Wirksamkeit auf. Thiosemicarbazonbildung zu 6 erfolgt bei der Einwirkung von Aldehyden, wie Anisaldehyd (5), auf 4‐[Adamantyl‐(1)]‐thiosemicarbazid (4).
