Abstract
Für Vergleiche mit Abkömmlingen des 1‐Amino‐adamantans hinsichtlich ihrer Antiviruswirkung sind entsprechende Derivate des 2‐Amino‐adamantans (1) dargestellt worden. Aus der Umsetzung von 1 mit den Isothiocyanaten 2a, 2b, 2c und 2d sind die N′‐substituierten N‐[Adamantyl‐(2)]‐thioharnstoffe 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d hervorgegangen. Die Reaktion von 1 mit den Säurechloriden 4a und 4b hat zu den N‐[Adamantyl‐(2)]‐säureamiden 6a und 6b geführt.
