lfnospora cordifolia Miers. and Centella asiatica Linn. were screened for their putative antistress activity in a battery of experiments. Ethanol extracts of both drugs at 100 mg/kg exhibited significant antistress activity in all the parameters studied, compared with diazepam at 2.5 mg/kg.

## Abstract __Artemisia asiatica__ Nakai has been used in traditional Asian medicine for the treatment of inflammatory and other disorders. Previous studies have revealed that the formulated ethanol extract (DA‐9601) of __A. asiatica__ has pronounced antioxidative and antiinflammatory activities an
