## Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of an oral preparation of iloprost, a prostacyclin analog, in patients with raynaud's phenomenon (rp) secondary to systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). ## Methods: A multicenter, randomized, parallel-group, placebo-controlled double-blind study
