β¦ Synopsis
Antimony doped tin dioxide nanometer powders have been prepared by the hydrothermal method using SbCl 3 as the source of antimony. The doped powders are examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The crystal phase composition, particle size, crystal appearance characteristics and dispersity of the doped powders are investigated. The results show that doped powders are well crystallized and dispersed. The crystal phase composition of doped powders is SnO of tetragonal structure. The particle size of 2 doped powders is | 3-12 nm. The crystal appearance characteristics of doped powders are mainly round.
