✦ Synopsis
The anticorrosion treatment of refinery and petrochemical units in many cases are using corrosion inhibitors. SC ZECASIN-Brazi is a research and manufacturing company specialised in following products: neutralizers, cathodic inhibitors, organic inhibitors, filmforming inhibitors, antifouling agents, biodispersant agents, inhibitors for chemical decrustation, passivators. The products are manufacturing under the name ªANTICORº. The corrosion tests have been performed using gravimetric, volumetric, electrochemical and metallographic methods. Recommendations for the continuous use of the inhibitors have been made, based on the results of the laboratory, pilot and industrial scale tests. The effect of using inhibitors mentioned is in 80% decreasing of the corrosion process, and previous localized corrosion and blistering by diffussion of atomic hydrogen.
Zur Vermeidung von Korrosion in Raffinerie-und Petrochemieanlagen werden in den meisten Fa Èllen Korrosionsinhibitoren verwendet. S.C. ZECASIN S.A. Brazi ist eine Forschungs-und Produktionsgesellschaft, spezialisiert fu Èr die folgenden Produkte: Neutralisatoren, kathodische Inhibitoren, organische Inhibitoren, filmbildende Inhibitoren, Antifoulingmittel, Bioverteilungsmittel, Kesselsteinlo Èsungsmittel, Passivatoren. Diese Produkten werden unter dem Namen ANTICOR hergestellt. Die Korrosionspru Èfungen wurden mit gravimetrischen, volumetrischen, elektrochemischen und metallographischen Methoden durchgefu Èhrt. Die Empfehlungen fu Èr den sta Èndigen Einsatz der Inhibitoren wurden auf Grund der Laborergebnisse und der Pru Èfungen in den Versuchs-und Industrieanlagen gemacht. Die Wirkung der verwendeten Inhibitoren ist eine Verminderung um ungefa Èhr 80% des Korrosionsprozesses, die Vermeidung von Lochfraû und Blistering durch Verhinderung der Diffusion von atomarem Wasserstoff ins Metall.
