The WT1 gene encodes a transcriptional regulator which during embryogenesis is involved in growth control and differentiation of diverse tissues. It is also expressed in few human malignancies, including acute leukemia. We tested 3 different monoclonal antibodies (MAbs H2, H7, HC17) and the polyvale

β¦ Synopsis
Membrane and cytoplasmic fluorescence tests were perjbrmed on 132 sera from normal controls and patients with Burkitt's tumor or leukemia. Antigen consisted of four lymphoblast cultures, two containing and two lacking a herpes-type virus. Essentially all tests were negative with the virus-/lee lines, but gross discrepancies occurred between the tests with the cell lines that contained virus.
Two fluorescent antibody procedures have been

## Abstract A glycoprotein antigen (gp40) was previously identified as a major component of immune complexes isolated from sera of patients with Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). In the present work gp40 was partially purified from a pool of BL/NPC sera. Sera of patients w
An enzyme immunoassay system that measures cryptic epitopes on breast cancer mucinlike antigens (BCM-EIA) was evaluated in a double-blind manner in sera from 58 normal blood donors, 36 sex-and age-matched controls, 36 patients with benign breast diseases, and 47 patients with breast cancer. Two muri
