## Abstract ## Objective Oral contraceptives alone or in combination with antiandrogens are commonly used in the treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). We aimed to determine the effects of ethinyl estradiol/drospirenone (EE‐DRSP) plus spironolactone therapy on inflammation and cardiometab
