Von diesen hemmten 23 die duch Collagen induzierk Thrombocytenaggregation im Bereich zwischen 8-30 pmVL halbmaximal. Flinf Verbindungen verlkgerten in Konzentrationen von 100 pmm die Thromboplastinzeit (Quick) urn At 2 7s. Antiaggregatorische und anticoagulante Effekte laufen nicht pamllel. Die Strukturerfordemisse zur Optimierung dieser Eigenschaften werden aufgezeigt. Platelet Aggregation Inhibiting and Anticoagulant Effects of OLigoamines, MI: Alkyl and Arylalkyl Derivatives of Putresdne, Spermidme, and Spermine Eleven lipophilic derivatives of the title biogenic amines and 28 struaurally related triamines and tetramines have been synthesized. Twenty-three of them inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by collagen at an ICB between 8 p o V L and 30 pmVL. Five compounds prolonged the one stage thromboplastin time (Quick) by 7s or more at 1 0 0 pmol/L. 7he antiplatelet and anticoagulant effect do not run parallel. The relationship between the effects observed and the chemical shucture of the o l i g d n e s has been elucidated.
