## Abstract ## Objective To determine whether cytokine gene polymorphisms of interferon‐γ (IFNγ), interleukin‐6 (IL‐6), IL‐10, tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα), and transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) predispose subjects to the development of primary Sjögren's syndrome (SS). ## Methods Single‐ba
