Endooligopeptidase A is a putative neuropeptide-metabolizing enzyme. It converts small enkephalincontaining peptides into the corresponding enkephalins and inactivates biopeptides such as bradykinin and neurotensin in vitro. We investigated the presence of endooligopeptidase A in PC12 cells. This ce
