✦ Synopsis
Two new anthracyclinoncs, 7-(2-hydroxyethylamino)bisanhydroaklavinone and 7-(2-hydroxyethylamino)bisanhydro-r:-rhodomycinone, were isolated from fermentations of the blocked mutants S. galilneus S 383 and S. griseus ZIMET 43 707, rcspectivcly. The new compounds have been designated as anthracyclinone-blue A and B because of their characteristic deep-blue colour. Feeding experiments suggest that anthracyclinone-blue A and 7-hydroxy-bisanhydroaklavinone, a minor component of strain S 383, are shunt products originating from aklaviketone. *) Das in diesem Bericht zugrundeliegende Vorhaben wurde mit Mitteln des Bundesministers fur Forschung und Technologie unter dem Forderkennzeichen 03 19 605 A und des Bundesministers fur Wirtschaft, Forschungsvorhaben 563, gefordert.
