## Abstract ## Background: In DSMβIV anorexics who purge without binging (ANβP) are considered together with the binge eating purging subgroup (ANβB). Few studies have investigated whether it is binge eating __per se__ or the compensatory behaviours that provide the most relevant marker for subcla
