โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
Two cases of anorexia nervosa who were subsequently found to have Crohn'sdisease are presented. The difficulties in determining whether they had anorexia nervosa and Crohn'sdisease concomitantly or whether the Crohn'sdisease alone was responsible for their condition are discussed without definite conclusion. The importance of excluding occult organie disease before assuming a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa is stressed.
