✦ Synopsis
Studies investigating the relationships between the bronchial arteries and left recurrent laryngeal nerve (LRLN) or the thoracic duct (TD) and more importantly, the clinical relevance of such relationships are seemingly very rare. Based on text books of anatomy (Standring et al., 2008;Moore et al., 2010), We thank Dr. Ito Y for great help in dissection and figure art, Dr. Shibata MA for valuable review of the article and advice. Also, we thank Dr. Kurose H for technical help.
