Publishing Company are pleased to announce that in the Spring of 1987 they will commence publication of the Journal of Paleocfimafology. The Editors are A. D. Hecht (NOAA, Rockville) and T. M. L. Wigley (University of East Anglia, Norwich).

The Journal of Paleoclimatogoly (JPC) will publish original research papers on all aspects of paleoclimatology embracing all time scales. JPC aims, in particular, to encourage papers on new techniques for the quantification of proxy climatic data, new methods of analysis and interpretation, and the use of numerical climate models, particularly where this leads to a better understanding of the causes of climatic change.
