✦ Synopsis
YBCO films with c-axis orientation have been grown epitaxially on (001) NdGaO3 substrates with off-axis DC magnetron sputtering. The oxygen out diffusion at room temperature of strip lines etched by an argon ion beam in the a-and b-direction has been studied. A decrease of the DC resistivity ratio PJPb from 1.6 to I. 1 has been measured three months after storage in a wet atmosphere. After that time it could he increased again from I. 1 to 1.47 with a microwave plasma of pure oxygen. During the following 16 days the time dependence of the ratio PJPb has been measured to determine the oxygen out diffusion constants Da and Db in the a-and b-direction.
