โœฆ Synopsis

The dependences of critical current density Jc on magnetic field and temperature were studied for Pb2Sr2Re I _xCaxCu308+v single crystals. For zero field the Jc anisotropy, "ab/'c K =1o qo, decreases slightly from 12 to 9 with temperature. The value of K is found to be independent of B. Two transitions are observed in the magnetic field dependence of the relaxation rate R for B~l~. This behaviour is related to the influence of a surface barrier. The current -voltage characteristics are extracted from the magnetic moment relaxation data.
