The magnetoresistance was measured for both Hllc-axis and HIc-axis, using c-axis oriented films with ~20.6 of the Y, \_,Pr,Ba&u,O, system. The sheet resistance for the CuO, layer of the sample with X= 0.6 is in agreement with h/4e2= 6400 Q/II which is the threshold value of a superconducting-insulat
