β¦ Synopsis
The theory of the ar@ar dependence of the difference between scattering of left-and right-circularly polarized light by optically active spheres is discussed. This difference is significant primarily in the forward scattering directions. It is shown that instrument geometry nn markedly affect the observed circular dichroism spectrum of a wspension.
