I found most of the poetry in these four journals to be well crafted, interesting, and varied. I recommend all of them to academic libraries supporting graduate programs in creative writing, especially those looking for representation of new poets. A number of contributors to these journals are graduate students.
Waves would also be appropriate to those institutions collecting Canadiana, and Willow Sprihgs could be useful to programs in comparative literature.
