✦ Synopsis
analytical procedures were critically reviewed for the determination of conjugated linoleic acid isomers . Milk and other ruminant fats are, essentially, also hydrogenated oils. Their analysis was reviewed in the contribution by Molketin and Precht in this Dossier.
From the above short review it is evident that satisfactory, well reliable analytical methods have been developed for the analysis of trans unsaturated fatty acids in natural lipids and hydrogenated oils.
