High-resolution Fourier transform spectra of monoisotopic \(\mathrm{H}_{2}{ }^{\text {k0 }}\) Se have been recorded with a resolution of \(7 \times 10^{-3} \mathrm{~cm}^{-1}\) in the \(4210-4850 \mathrm{~cm}^{-1}\) spectral range.
