✦ Synopsis
In Part 1 a method was proposed to evaluate the contact acoustic pressure and displacements of the surface of a composite thin-walled structure vibrating in an acoustic medium. Here the full formulation of a problem and its numerical aspect are examined in some detail. As an example, the method is applied to the analysis of vibrations of a reinforced cylindrical shell of finite length.
