Metastatic tumors in the brain, liver, and regional lymph nodes (20 cases each) from patients with adenocarcinoma of the lung were examined by cytofluorometric analysis, and compared with the respective primary lung tumors. The nuclear DNA content of tumor cells was significantly increased in metast

Abstract
Methods have been developed which allow of full analysis of the known basic products formed in the reaction between aqueous ammonium salts and formaldehyde, namely of ammonia, monoβ, diβ, and trimethylamines, and the condensation products of formaldehyde with monoβ and dimethylamines. The methods have advantages Were those already proposed in that concentration of the solution of salts, which leads to changes in composition, is avoided.
A method is also described for the approximate determination of the formic acid content of the reaction product.
