## Abstract ## Background We previously reported the associations of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) (__DRB1__ and __DQB1__), __INS, CTLA4, IL2RA, ERBB3__ and __CLEC16A__ with Japanese type 1 diabetes (T1D). In this study, we jointly analysed these loci in addition to __IFIH1__ and __IL7R__. ## Met
