In this report we describe the coating of deionized glass surfaces with commercially available CH,O-terminated diphenyl-dimethylpolysiloxane (PS-OSO).This newtype of reactive, high temperature stable stationary phases withstands temperatures up to 430°C.As already reported for OH-terminated polymers
