## Abstract ## Objective Finite element analysis of clinical computed tomography (CT) scans provides a noninvasive means of assessing vertebral strength that is superior to dual x‐ray absorptiometry (DXA)–measured areal bone mineral density. The present study was undertaken to compare strength cha
