This paper considers the problem of stability of a singularly perturbed system and of @ding an upper bound for the parameter when the order of the system change.3 aa a result of parameter perturbation. By meana of the contraction mapping technique, conditions have been derived for determining explicitly the range of parameter perturbation such that both bounded-input-bounded-output and aqmptotic stabilities are insured.
