Abstract

This case represents a long‐term survival of Hodgkin disease treated by radiation and chemotherapy but complicated by a chronic massive lymphedematous arm and an unusual localized cryptococcosis on the affected arm and a coincidental malignant melanoma. It emphasizes, therefore, the occurrence of localized cryptococcosis in an immuno‐suppressed patient and the need for early pathological diagnosis of such a group of patients.
