✦ Synopsis

The present investigation shows that a novel starburst molecule TCTA functions as a good hole-transport material for fabricating thermally stable organic EL devices, and that a novel multilayered organic EL device consisting of double hole-transport layers of TCTA and m-MTDATA and an emitting layer of Alq, exhibits good performance characteristics and significant thermal stability.
