## Abstract The effect of experimental parameters such as time of irradiation, analyte concentration, primary beam density, matrix selection and matrix additives on the beam‐induced dehalogenation of chlorpromazine in liquid secondary ion mass spectrometry (LSIMS) was investigated. It was found tha
