These notes represent a one-semester Graduate Course in HomotΠΎΡΡ Theory given at Memorial University in the spring of 1977. The students were assumed to have completed an undergraduate course in point set topology and to be acquainted with the basic definitions of Category and Functor. The course evaluation was through the exercises which are designed to test the comprehension of the basic tools and techniques discussed.
