β¦ Synopsis
We report on a single-mode, continuous wave Ti:Sapphire
laser injection-locked by an external cavity diode laser producing
up to 1 W of single-mode output. The laser features a simple
crystal temperature stabilization using a thermo-electric cooler
and can be operated without any intra-cavity elements. A pump
feedback mirror is used to increase efficiency.
