## Abstract Endothelial‐derived nitric oxide, which is produced by endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), may play an important role in colorectal carcinogenesis. However, the putative contribution of common __eNOS__ genetic polymorphisms to colorectal cancer risk remains unknown. We genotyped 3
