## ABSTRACT The cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant epithelial tumour that usually arises from an underlying precursor skin lesion. We report the case of a 65βyearβold woman with multiple __de novo__ squamous cell carcinomas in an unusual presentation.
