Abstract
A method is described for the preparation of silver benzyl N‐t‐butyloxycarbonyl‐2‐aminoethyl phosphate. A reaction between this substance and γ‐palmitoyl‐β‐linoleoylglycerol‐L‐α‐iodohydrin, after removal of the protecting groups, furnished γ‐palmitoyl‐β‐linoleoyl‐L‐α‐phosphatidylethanolamine in high yield.
