The FD-TD method was used to model physical chip resistors with the use of the lumped-element concept. Instead of using the con¨entional planar resisti¨e elements approximation, we modeled the substrate on which the resisti¨e element is fabricated as well. Comparing our numerical results with experi

✦ Synopsis

Comparison between the bistatic approximation result and the exact result for the cylinder plate the present extrapolation algorithm is limited by the validity of the model, in which the small-angle approximation is implicitly assumed. It is expected that multiplicative speedup in time can be achieved when this algorithm is combined with w x the existing acceleration schemes for multiple RHSs 3, 4 . Finally, the angular extrapolation algorithm can be combined with previously proposed frequency extrapolation to generate 2-D frequency-aspect data for radar image formation. These topics are currently under study.
