โœฆ Synopsis

A calorimetric assay for the determination of nanomole amounts of inorganic phosphate is described. The procedure combines a very high molar extinction with color stability and insensitivity to newly released phosphate from labile organophosphates.

An assay was developed for carbamyl phosphate phosphatase (CAP phosphatase) activity. This enzyme activity is difficult to assay because of the chemical instability of carbamyl phosphate (CAP). We chose to measure CAP phosphatase activity by monitoring release of inorganic phosphate (Pi). This entai

A manual 'cryoflow' system is d d b e d for measuring C, N and S isotopic compositions of small gas samples in the 10-1000 nmd range. Using a continuous flow system with helium as the carrier gas, sample gases are ix&&d or produced via combustion in an elemental analyzer, purified, separated and col
