✦ Synopsis

Line-up fairness measurement came into being before the sequential line-up was introduced. To date the experimental evidence suggests that it is robust against line-up unfairness, and the modi®ed sequential line-up should handle any lingering problems. Eyewitness experts should focus their eorts on replacing the simultaneous line-up, thereby rendering line-up fairness measurement obsolete.
